Troubleshooting:

  • What if I get a blank white screen?

Please use a "wired" connection to the internet. Most students are able to solve this problem by NOT accessing the internet through a wireless router. If you must use wireless, try UConn-Secure instead of UConn-Public.

  • Mac Users--getting a message that you are not logged on

Please go into Firefox browser preferences > privacy > check "Accept third-party cookies."

or Safari browser preferences> security > accept cookies > check "always."
